Hi, I'm Ben — a fellow resident and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer at Costa Del Sol. I'm a regular at the gym in the evenings, and I'm passionate about helping people build sustainable fitness habits without the gimmicks.
My training style is suitable for beginners, busy adults, and those who want real, lasting results. I keep workouts structured and purposeful — every session has a reason, and every rep counts.
With a background in Computer Science (UQ, Dean's List) and 20+ years personally involved in health and fitness, I approach training with both analytical precision and lived experience.
